You delivered a totally different arraignment. It was terrible and ugly. I called to complain but could not get through to talk to anyone nor did I get a call back. I won’t be using your company again.
Flowers weren’t as expected- beautiful but much small than it appeared to be online. Also, paid extra for them to be “deluxe” and they came looking VERY standard.Recipient was still happy so that’s all that matters but definitely not impressed as the sender.
