Overall this was a very good experience. Tulips were a little on the small size, but I believe that is common for the type and time of year. The added bear was grey, not tan as pictured and larger than expected. It would have been nice if the color and size were indicated when placing the order. Again, very happy with the experience and would use North Ranch Florist again in the future. Happy Holidays.
Flowers weren’t as expected- beautiful but much small than it appeared to be online. Also, paid extra for them to be “deluxe” and they came looking VERY standard.Recipient was still happy so that’s all that matters but definitely not impressed as the sender.
